The objective as with the last Expedition, WRITE THRU AFRICA, is to promote the awareness and distribute writing stationery to children in rural village schools, missions and orphanages on our route.
The belief is strong that a difference can me made, so with this in mind we will continue by our tracks along the inside edge of South Africa. The Expedition will encounter many cultures, beliefs and social structures whilst undertaking this as well as various terrains and inclement weather patterns, this is Expedition life. A trend has to be set in that overland travellers entering these far flung areas can contribute in a manner that brings consistency and hope to the children of South Africa, via 4×4.
Through the efforts of like minded individuals and organisations, we can do this.
